Eugene Lupario graduated from the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor and was a top pick to work for the E&J Gallo Winery. Over the course of the next 8 years, Gene took on many roles in that time and ended his tenure with the Winery having worked in the Marketing Department in Modesto, CA. In 1996 Gene left the Winery and with Steve Allen, founded SVS Group. Gene is responsible for the sales and recruiting efforts of the company and works in tandem with Steve to set the direction of the organization.

Tish received her BA in Communications from San Francisco State University. She began her professional career with teenagers in San Mateo County, building a successful youth organization. After seven years with the youth organization, she moved into a career in administrative training with a small San Francisco-based firm. Her main responsibility was traveling to large companies to work with the administrative teams to effectively streamline their communication strategies and work at peak efficiency. Both of these experiences made her transition to the recruiting field a seamless one.

Adam Scribner graduated from the University of Illinois at Urbana/Champaign and subsequently passed the C.P.A. During the next couple years, Adam worked as an auditor for the National Futures Association before leaving to start work at Silicon Valley Staffing Group. Adam's starting position with SVS Group was Senior Accountant and over the course of 7 years, he has taken more responsibility to where he is now the Controller of all accounting and back office operations.
