Inbound Call Center Representative

Our client has a huge and urgent need for Inbound Call Center Reps. * You must have at least 2 years of call center experience. This is by far the most important thing and it is mandatory no exceptions.
* Mortgage experience is highly preferred
* You must be available to work any 8 or 10 hour shift between the hours of 6am and 9pm Monday through Friday and Weekends 7am - 6pm.
* You like talking to people on the phone.
* You have excellent verbal communication skills.
* You are a quick learner and have a desire to grow in the future.
* Requires expertise in customer retention and customer service.
* Should also be familiar with Windows-based systems.
* PC proficiency (MS Office)
* Experience working with multiple windows at the same time.
* Ability to navigate the Internet.
